Strawberry Cucumber Mule
Made with SVEDKA Strawberry Pineapple gin
INGREDIENTS
- 2 parts SVEDKA Strawberry Pineapple Gin
- 5 parts ginger beer (preferably Fever Tree)
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 cucumber wheels
- Squeeze of lime juice
Method
- Muddle mint leaves and cucumber in the bottom of a Moscow mule cup or Collins glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add gin, lime, and ginger beer.
- Gently stir to mix.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet and/or a cucumber wheel.
SP Spritz
Made with SVEDKA Strawberry Pineapple gin
INGREDIENTS
- 3 parts Strawberry Pineapple SVEDKA (1.5 oz)
- 1 part fresh lime juice (0.5 oz)
- 1 part simple syrup (0.5 oz)
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 fresh strawberries
- 3 parts club soda (1.5 oz)
Method
- Muddle the mint and strawberries in a wine glass.
- Add the lime, simple syrup, and ice, then stir to combine.
- Top with soda, garnish with a mint sprig and a fresh strawberry.
Pineapple French 75
Made with SVEDKA Strawberry Pineapple gin
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 parts SVEDKA Strawberry Pineapple Gin
- ½ part lemon juice
- ½ part pineapple juice
- ½ part simple syrup
- 1.5 parts prosecco (or any dry sparkling white wine)
- 1 lemon twist (for garnish)
Method
- Add all ingredients except prosecco to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake for fifteen seconds.
- Strain into a champagne flute, top with prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
